This is a spacious, natural light loft perfect for lifestyle and other portrait sessions. Located in the heart of downtown Detroit, this beautiful space is available for photographers, filmmakers, and content creators. Book by the hour or day.
Hourly Rate $60 (non-member)
2-hour minimum, maximum 3-hours
Hourly Rate $30 (member)
2-hour minimum, maximum 3-hours
Daily Rate $400 - $600
4-6 hours

We offer hourly (non-member) as well as membership options. For non-members we offer hourly booking, with a minimum 2 hour requirement. For multiple hours, you will need to add these on to your appointment. If your party consists of 5 or more persons, please contact us.
Please note:
All bookings are final. However, we do understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. We offer credits good to use up to 6 months from the time of your initial booking.
Book additional hours as needed.
As a member, if you require additional hours you can add them at a rate of $30 per additional hour.
